【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术的临床应用价值。方法:回顾分析腹腔镜阑尾切除术(LA)32例(A组)与同期开腹阑尾切除术(OA)36例(B组)的平均手术时间、失血量、住院时间、术后切口疼痛情况、术后消化功能恢复时间及术后并发症的发生。结果:A组平均手术时间1.2h,手术失血量8.3ml,B组平均手术时间0.9h,手术失血量10.5ml,两组差异无显著性(P>0.05),A组平均住院3.6d,B组为7.8d,两组差异有显著性(P<0.01);A组术后切口疼痛4例,切口未疼痛28例,8组术后切口疼痛29例,未疼痛7例,两组差异有显著性(P<0.01);A组术后消化功能恢复平均为44.5h,B组为62.4h,两组差异无显著性(P>0.05);A组术后切口无感染,B组2例,两组无显著差异(P>0.05),A、B两组手术并发症发生情况无显著差异。结论:腹腔镜阑尾切除术创伤小、术后康复快、住院时间短,是急、慢性阑尾炎较理想的微创治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic appendectomy (LA). Methods: 32 cases (group A)with LA and 36 cases(group B)with open appendectomy(OA)at the same time were retrospectively analyzed in the average operation time, bleeding quantity, hospitalization, incision ache, resumptive time of digestive function after operation and complications. Results: The average operation time of group A and group B were 1.2 hours and 0.9 hours respectively, the average bleeding quantity of group A and B were 8.3ml and 10.5ml respectively, no difference between two groups( P > 0.05) . The average hospitalization of group A and B were respectively 3.6 days and 7. 8days, there were significant difference between two groups( P < 0.01) .4 cases had incision ache, and 28 cases had not in group A,29 cases had incision ache,and 7 cases had not in group B,there were significant difference between two groups( P < 0.01). No one had incision infection in group A,2 cases had incision infection in gruop B,no difference between two groups(P > 0.05) . The average resumptive time of digestive function after operation were 44.5 hours in group A and 62.4 hours in group B, no difference between two groups. There was no difference between group A and B in complications. Conclusions : LA with microinvasion, quick recovery, short hospitalization and nice security is a perfect treatment method for acute and chronic appendicitis.更多还原
