【摘要】 目的:报告一种应用腹腔镜技术解决尿流改道的新方法。方法:经腹腔途径行腹腔镜双侧输尿管皮肤造口术,并观察其术后恢复情况及手术效果。结果:手术顺利,创伤小,术后康复快,双输尿管引流通畅。结论:经腹腔途径行腹腔镜双侧输尿管皮肤造口术是有尿流改道手术指征须行输尿管皮肤造口术患者的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To report a new technique to resolve the cutaneous ureterostomy by lapatoscopy.Methods: Laparoscopic double cutaneous ureterostomy was carried out for a patient, then, the condition of resuming and effect of operation were observed. Results: The operation was successful with less trauma. The patient quickly recovered with both the ureteral stent smooth. Conclusions: Laparoscopic double cutaneous ureterostomy is the initial therapy for patient who must accept urinary diversion and ureteroscomy.更多还原
