【摘要】 目的 :探讨腹膜后腹腔镜手术在肾上腺肿瘤和肾囊肿切除术中的应用。方法 :采用腹膜后腹腔镜手术完成肾上腺肿瘤切除术 32例 ,肾囊肿去顶术 4 1例。结果 :73例均获成功 ,无明显并发症。住院 6～1 0d ,平均 7d。结论 :腹膜后腹腔镜手术具有微创 ,安全有效 ,术后患者康复快 ,住院时间短等优点 ,是治疗肾上腺肿瘤和肾囊肿首选或重要的手术方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the application of retroperitoneal laparoscopy in adrenal gland neoplasms and renal cysts.Methods:Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery was performed in 73 patients.Excision of adrenal tumor was performed in 32 cases,and excision of renal cyst was performed in 41 cases.Results:All the operations were successful in 73 patients,and had no complication.The postoperative hospitalization was 6 10 days with a mean of 7 days.Conclusions:Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery has advantages of minimal invasion,safety and feasiblity,postoperative earlier resumption and shorter hospitalization.It should be considered the first choice or important therapy for adrenal gland neoplasms and renal cysts.更多还原
