【摘要】 目的 :探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术后再疼痛的原因。方法 :回顾分析 2 786例腹腔镜胆囊切除术术后 35例再疼痛的临床资料。结果 :诊断为右肝管狭窄肝内胆管局灶性扩张 4例 ,残株胆囊炎和 (或 )胆囊管残余结石 6例 ,胆管炎胆道残余结石 2例 ,胆道运动障碍 4例 ,膈神经损伤 3例 ,肝下间隙积液感染 5例 ,上腹部切口硬结 ,肋弓部损伤性疼痛 1 1例 ,多数病例术后疼痛与操作有关。 34例行保守治疗 ,1例行EST ,症状缓解或痊愈。结论 :对腹腔镜胆囊切除术因操作引起的术后再疼痛 ,应予以高度重视 ,只要仔细手术 ,术后疼痛是可以避免的更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the cause of recurrent pain cases after laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods:35 cases occurred recurrent pain in which 2 786 cases underwent LC were analyzed retrospectively.Results:In 35 cases,there were residual cholecystisis or cholecystic stones 6 cases,and intrahepatic duct focal dilation 4 cases,and cholangitis biliary residual calculi 2 cases,and dyskinesia of biliary tract 4 cases, and phrenic nerve injury 3 cases,and inferior hepatic space inflammatory fluid 5 cases,and rib arch injury 11 cases.Most cases related with operated modality and technique,patients rehabilitated after nonoperative management(34 cases)and EST(1 case).Conclusions:Recurrent pain was caused by operation in LC,we should pay seriously attention to it.As long as operative careful,the recurrent pain will avoid.更多还原
