【摘要】 目的 :探讨小剂量甲状腺素片对老年充血性心衰的治疗效果。方法 :30例老年充血性心衰在常规治疗的基础上加用甲状腺素片 ,2 0 - 4 0mg/d ,并以 30例作对照 ,观察 4个月 ,对比治疗前后的功能改善情况 ,甲状腺素水平、左室舒张未期内径 (LVEDD)、左心室射血分数 (LVEF)、(CO)心排出量 ,E/A观察 ,心率、心律失常情况。结果 :两组的心功能均有改善 ,观察组优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,血T3 、T4恢复至正常范围 ,观察组升高更明显 (P <0 .0 1)心功能均改善 ,观察组优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :小剂量甲状腺素长期治疗老年充血性心衰能显著改善心功能 ,无甲亢表现 ,不增加病死率更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of small dose thyroid hormone treatment in the old men with chronic congestive heart failure.Methods:30 old men with congestive heart failure were treated for 4 months with thyroid hormone 20～40 mg/d in addition to routine treatment. Those including level of thyroxin, LVEDD,LVEF,CO,E/A, heart rate, situation of arrhythmia were examined together with a 30-case control group. Results:The heart functions of two groups were both improved with the experimental group greater improved than the control group.(P<0.01). Blood T 3,T 4 recovers to normal range with the experimental group more obviously (P<0.01). Conclusion:Long-term small dose thyroid hormone treatment in the old men with congestive heart failure can improve heart function distinctly without hyperthyroid behavior and increase of mortality.更多还原
