【摘要】 目的 :探讨cHL肿瘤性H/RS细胞与反应性背景淋巴细胞蛋白表达的相关性。方法 :采用免疫组化SABC法对 32例cHL进行CD2 0、CD30、CD15、CD4 5RO和LMPI蛋白表达的检测。结果 :(1) 32例cHL中LrHL11例 ,NSHL2例 ,MCHL14例 ,LDHL5例 ;(2 ) 30 / 32 (93.8% )的H/RS细胞与 14 / 32 (4 3.8% )的北景淋巴细胞表达CD30 ,2 5 / 32J(78.1% )的H/RS细胞与 7/ 32(2 1.9% )的背景淋巴细胞表达CD15 6 / 32 (18.8% )的H/RS细胞与 8/ 32 (2 5 .0 % )的背景淋巴细胞优势表达CD2 0 ,7/ 32 (2 1.9% )的H/RS细胞与 18/ 32 (5 6 .3% )的背景淋巴细胞优势表达CD4 5RO ;(3) 2 0 / 32 (6 2 .5 % )的H/RS细胞表达LMP1蛋白。结论 :H/RS及其背景细胞的在蛋白表达水平上具有一定的相关性 ,检测CD2 0、CD30、CD15、CD4 5RO和LMP1五蛋白表达基本能协助HL的诊断与分型诊断更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relation between H/RS cell of Hodgkin’s lymphom and it’s background cells in protein expression.Methods:The expressions of CD15,CD30,CD20,CD45RO and LMP1 were detected in 32 cHL specimens by immunohistochemical techniques.Results:The results showed that(1)11 cases were LrHL,2 cases NSHL,14 cases MCHL,5 cases LDHL;(2)30/32(93.8%) of H/RS cells and 14/32(43.8%) of background lymphocytes were CD30 positive, 25/32(78.1%) of H/RS cells and 7/32(21.9%) of background B lymphocytes were CD15 positive, 6/32(18.8%) of H/RS cells and 8/32(25.0%) of background B lymphocyte predominance were CD20 positive, and 7/32(21.9%) of H/RS cells and 18/32(56.3%) of background T lymphocyte predominance were CD45RO positive; (3)20/32(62.5%) of H/RS cells were LMP1 positive.Conclusion:There are relations between Hodgkin’s lymphoma and it’s background cells in protein expression. The diagnosis and classification can be basicly verified by all these expressed markers of Hodgkin’s lymphoma.更多还原
