高能球磨工艺对WO3晶粒尺寸的影响
Effect of processing parameters in high-energy-milling on the grain size of WO3
【摘要】 用X射线衍射和透射电镜 ,研究了高能球磨工艺对WO3 Co2 O3 C混合粉末中WO3 晶粒尺寸的影响。结果表明 :球磨时间增长、球磨转速提高和装料比的加大都可有效地降低反应物晶粒尺寸 ,而且当球磨到一定时间后 ,WO3 和C可以达到纳米级。适宜的制备纳米级WO3 C Co2 O3 混合粉的球磨工艺参数应为 :球磨筒转速 4 0 0r/min ,球磨时间 4~ 8h ,球料比 4 0∶1~ 6 0∶1。
【Abstract】 The effect of high energy milling parameters on the grain size of WO 3 in WO 3 Co 2O 3 C mixed powders was studied via X ray diffraction (XRD) and Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) The results show that the increase of the milling time, the rotational speed and the charge ratio can effectively decrease the grain size of reactants, and the WO 3 and C powders can reach nanosize level after a certain time milling The parameters for making nanosize WO 3 C Co 2O 3 mixed powders are 4 to 8 hours of milling time, 400r/min of rotational speed and 40∶1 to 60∶1 of charge ratio
