不锈钢纤维表面状态对铺毡均匀性的影响
INFLUENCE OF SURFACE STATE OF STAINLESS STEEL FIBER ON HOMOGENEITY OF STAINLESS STEEL FIBER FELT
【摘要】 本文主要研究了 6 μm、8μm不锈钢纤维不同表面性状对铺毡均匀性的影响 ,分别比较了 6 μm、8μm不锈钢平直纤维、卷曲纤维和改性纤维铺毡的均匀性。结果表明 :8μm金属纤维比 6 μm金属纤维成网连续且均匀 ;同一丝径 ,卷曲纤维和改性纤维比平直纤维成网连续且铺毡均匀。同时毡的均匀性还与喂给纤维的预开松状态及连续程度有关
【Abstract】 The effects of different surface properties for 6μm and 8μm stainless steel fiber on homogeneity of rolling-out have been studied.The comparison of the homogeneity of 6μm and 8μm stainless steel straight fiber,curled fiber and modified fiber was made.The results show that the webbing of 8μm fiber is more symmetrical than that of 6μm.For the same -diameter fiber,the webbing of curled fiber and modified fiber is better than that of straight fiber.The homogeneity of fiber felt is correlative with fiber states of beforehand loosing and Continuity.
