核固红—溴酸钾催化光度法测定痕量亚硝酸根
Studies on Catalytic Spectrophotom etric Determination of Trace Nitrit e with Nucleus Fast Red -potassium Bromate
【摘要】 在盐酸介质中,亚硝酸根催化溴酸钾氧化核固红,使得核固红在520nm处的吸光度明显下降,从而建立了催化光度法测量痕量亚硝酸根的新方法,方法的线性范围为5×10-5-50×10-5g/L,检出限为:1.27×10-5g/L.方法已用于蔬菜中痕量亚硝酸根的测量.
【Abstract】 A new catalytic spectrophotometric method has been developed to determi ne nitrite.The method is based on the catalytic effect of nitrite on the discolouring oxidation of nucle us fast red by potassium bromate in hydrochloric acid medium.The linea r ranger for determination is 5×10 -5 -50×10 -5 g /L at 520nm.The limit of detection is 1.27×10 -5 g /L.The method has been applied to determine trace nitrite in vegetable s ample.
