L-天门冬氨酸螯合锶的合成研究
Synthesis of L-Aspartic Acid Srtrontium Chelate Complex
【摘要】 本研究以L-天门冬氨酸为原料,合成L-天门冬氨酸螯合锶的反应工艺.采用正交设计实验获得最佳反应条件:n(L-天门冬氨酸):n(碳酸锶)=2:1,反应温度85℃,反应时间3h,产率90%以上.并对产品进行了分析确认,取得了较满意的结果.
【Abstract】 This process of synthesis of L-aspartic acid srtrontium salt by the reaction of L-aspartic acid and srtrotium carbonate was studied in this paper.O ptimum conditions were obtained with orthogonal design experiment as follows:The mole ratio of L-aspartic acid and srtrontium carbonate is 2:1,reaction tempera ture T=85 ℃,reaction time t=3 h,and the yield is more than 90%.Also this subje ct verified the product,satisfactory effects achieved.
