【摘要】 助学贷款作为一种主要的助学方式 ,贷款银行和学校在其中起着非常重要的作用。高等学校应努力做好服务与协调工作 ,切实加强对学生的诚信教育 ,强化其诚信意识。银行则应该采取各种措施 ,加强贷款的管理 ,规避贷款的风险。通过对银行和学校在助学贷款中各自应承担的责任、义务以及两者的合作关系等问题的探讨 ,为助学贷款的顺利推行提供一些可操作性的建议和主张更多还原

【Abstract】 The bank that dispatches education loan and university plays a very important role in grant in aid loan, one of the main ways of work study program. On the one hand, a good service and coordination between bank and university should be done and honest and credit education should be indeed strengthened by the university in order to improve students’ consciousness of honest and credit. On the other hand, the bank ought to take all kinds of measures to strengthen the management of education loan and avoid its risks. The responsibility undertaken respectively by bank and university and their cooperational relation and so on are studied to bring up some operationable suggestions and opinions to carry out smoothly grant in aid loan.更多还原
