【摘要】 目的　探讨断流术后再出血的原因。方法　回顾性分析 2 0例断流术后再出血的临床资料。结果　2 0例断流术后再出血中由食管静脉曲张所致出血 5例 ,门静脉高压性胃病所致出血 15例 ,其中包括门静脉高压性胃黏膜病变 10例 ,肝源性消化性溃疡 5例。结论　断流术后再出血的主要病因是门静脉高压性胃病 ,其次是食管静脉曲张。断流术后再出血患者应争取急诊内镜检查 ,明确出血原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the etiology of gastrointestinal hemorrhage after portaazygous disconnection.Methods The clinical date of 20 cases of gastrointestinal hemorrhage after portaazygous disconnection were retrospectively analyesed.Results Twenty patients with portal hypertensive were recurrent bleeding after disconnection operation.Among them,esophageal varices resulted in five cases,portal hypertensive gastropathy resulted in 15 cases,including 10 cases of the portal hypertensive gastric membrance lesion and five cases of peptic ulcer of hepatic origin.Conclusion Portal hypertensive gastropathy is the main cause of rebleeding after portaazygous disconnection.Patients should be examined by emergent endoscope as possible in order to determine the causes of rebleeding.更多还原
