【摘要】 目的　提出一种在周围型肺癌中常易被忽视的CT征象———三角征 ,并探讨其在周围型肺癌诊断中的价值。方法　回顾性收集经病理证实的周围型肺癌 10 0例 ,分析该征的CT表现及出现频率 ,并与分叶征、毛刺征、胸膜凹陷征等其他CT征象作比较。结果　 10 0例周围型肺癌中三角征的出现率高达 84 % ,与其他征象的出现率之间有显著差异 ,且与肿瘤的大小呈正比关系。结论　三角征是周围型肺癌影像检查中一个最常见征象 ,在诊断中有较大的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the triangle sign of CT and evaluate its diagnostic value on peripheral lung cancer.Methods 100 cases of peripheral lung cancer with complete clinical data proved by pathological examination were collected retrospectively,and the CT appearance of the triangle sign and its rate of occurrence were studied.Results The rate of triangle signs occurring in 100 cases was 84%(84/100),which was significantly higher than that of other signs.Moreover,this sign had positive correlation with the size of the tumor(OR=1.0).Conclusion The triangle sign is the most common sign and more valuable for the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer.更多还原
