【摘要】 目的　为探讨经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生的治疗效果。方法　采用经尿道前列腺汽化切割术结合电切术治疗前列腺增生 5 6例。结果　手术时间 4 5～ 90分钟 ,平均 6 0分钟 ;切除前列腺组织重量为 15～80 g,平均 30 g;术中输血 5例。无发生经尿道电切综合征 (TURS) ,2～ 4天拔除尿管 ,均能自行排尿。随访 2～2 2个月 ,IPSS评分由术前 2 9.6分降至 9.5分 ;QOL 评分由术前 4 .7分降至 2 .0 5分 ;最大尿流率 (Qmax)由术前7.3ml/ s增加至 18.5 ml/ s;短暂性尿失禁 3例 ;尿道狭窄 2例。结论　经尿道前列腺汽化电切术具有微创伤、安全有效、适应证相对较宽的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the efficacy of transurethral electrovaporization ablation of the prostate(TUEVP) combined with transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP) for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods Fifty-six cases of BPH were treated by using TUEVP combined with TURP.Results Operation coure time:45-90 minutes;The weight of resection organization was 15-80 g,and average 60 minutes,average resection organization 30 gramme.There was little bleeding in the operation.Voiding function recovered very well.There was not TUR syndrome occurring.IPSS decreased to 9.5 points and QOL decreased to 2.05 points and Qmax increased to 18.5 ml/s at 2 to 22 months following transurethral surgery.Postoperation stricture of the urethra in 3.5%(2/56) and temporary urinary incontinence in 5.6%(3/56).Conclusion The method of TUEVP combined with TURP for BPH is microinjury,safe,effection,and it has less complication.更多还原
