【摘要】 目的　研究 PCOS患者血清、卵泡液中 IGF- 水平的改变。方法　对 11例 PCOS患者和 11例月经周期正常妇女进行早卵泡期末梢血和卵泡液 IGF- 水平测定 ,比较 IGF- 在 PCOS组与对照组研究对象之血清与卵泡液中水平的差异。结果　两组血清 IGF- 差异无统计学意义 ;PCOS组卵泡液中 IGF- 明显高于对照组 ;同组血清与卵泡液中的 IGF- 差别无统计学意义。结论　 IGF- 可能主要是通过血液渗透至卵泡液发挥作用 ,PCOS患者卵泡液 IGF- I改变可能和 PCOS的发生有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate serum and follicular fluid alterations of IGF-Ⅰ in patients with PCOS.Methods IGF-Ⅰ was assayed in the follicular fluid from 11 patients with PCOS and 11 women with normal menstrual cycle.Peripheral serum was collected and assayed at the same time.Comparasion of IGF-Ⅰ in follicular fluid and peripheral serum,PCOS group and control group were conducted.Results Serum IGF-Ⅰ concentration in PCOS group was not different from that in the control women,but it was higher in follicular fluid in the PCOS women;follicular fluid IGF-Ⅰ concentration was not different from that in the serum level in both groups.Conclusion Follicular fluid IGF-Ⅰ may mainly come from serum,and IGF-Ⅰ in the micro-environment may play a role in the pathophysiology of PCOS.更多还原
