【摘要】 目的　探讨外伤性脑肿胀的临床特征和病理生理基础。方法　将 34例此类患者分为致死组和非致死组并进行 CT扫描。结果　致死组患者有明显脑受压 ,中线移位 ,CT值低 ,ICP升高 ,与非致死组比较有显著性差异。结论　脑血容量和脑水含量增加引起的严重脑缺血可能是致死性脑肿胀的主要病理生理基础之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical feature and pathophysiological basis in traumatic brain swelling.Methods Thirty-four cases of brain swelling were divided into fatal and nonfatal series.CT scan was measured in all patients.Results Longer-time brain compression,obvious midline shift,lower CT value,higher ICP were observed in the fatal swelling series.There were significant differences between the two series.Conclusion Severe cerebral ischemia caused by both increased blood volume and increased water content is the major pathophysiological basis of fatal swelling.更多还原
