【摘要】 目的　了解前列地尔脂微球载体制剂 (L ipo PGE1 ,商品名凯时 ,北京泰德制药有限公司生产 )治疗慢性肾功能不全的效果。方法　收集 74例慢性肾功能不全患者 ,随机分为两组 ,治疗组 32例加用凯时 10 μg,iv,1次 /日 ,4周为 1个疗程 ,余治疗同对照组 (4 2例 ) ,均予低蛋白饮食加开同及中成药肾衰宁治疗 ,并行控制血压、血糖 ,纠正贫血等对症治疗 ,观察其治疗前与治疗 4周后的肾功能改善情况。结果　治疗组患者的血清肌酐、尿素氮浓度 ,2 4小时尿蛋白定量治疗后均显著下降 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,而对照组血清肌酐、尿素氮浓度 ,2 4小时尿蛋白定量治疗后虽亦有下降 ,但无显著意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　凯时可以进一步改善慢性肾功能不全患者的肾功能。更多还原
