【摘要】 目的　对纤支镜检查阴性的肺部肿块 ,应用 CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检。方法　在 CT引导下对肿块进行穿刺并病理诊断。结果　 18例患者均得到标本 ,3例发生咯血 ,3例出现气胸。结论　经皮肺穿刺活检对纤支镜检查阴性的肺肿块有较高的确诊率 ,少数患者出现并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective] To study the diagnostic value on CT-guide percutaneous lung puncture biopsy to the negative lung tumor by fiberbronchoscope. To study the diagnostic value on CT-guide percutaneous lung puncture biopsy to the negative lung tumor by fiberbronchoscope. Puncture the lung tumor on CT-guide and research its pathology. 18 patients specimen were test by puncture,hemptysis happened in 3 cases pneumothorax happened in 3 cases.[Concluscion] Percutaneous lung punture biopsy has high correct rate to the negative lung tumor by fiberbronchoscope test,complications happen in little of them.更多还原
