DcR3和Ki-67在胃癌的表达及临床意义
Expression of DcR3 and Ki-67 in Human Gastric Carcinoma and its Clinical Significance
【摘要】 目的 探讨诱捕受体 3(Dc R3)蛋白和细胞核增殖抗原 (Ki- 6 7)在胃癌组织中的表达及其与胃癌临床病理特征之间的关系。 方法 采用免疫组织化学 SP法检测 98例胃癌组织和 5 6例癌旁正常胃组织中 Dc R3和Ki- 6 7的表达 ,分析其与多种临床病理特征之间的关系。 结果 (1 ) 98例胃癌组织中 Dc R3和 Ki- 6 7阳性表达率分别为 5 5 .1 % (5 4 / 98)、6 8.4 % (6 7/ 98)。5 6例癌旁正常胃组织未发现 Dc R3和 Ki- 6 7的阳性表达。 (2 ) Dc R3的表达与胃癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移及 TNM分期显著正相关 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤部位及浸润深度等无相关性 (P>0 .0 5 )。 (3) Ki- 6 7的表达与胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度 (P<0 .0 1 )及 TNM分期 (P<0 .0 5 )显著相关 ,与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤部位及淋巴结转移等无相关性 (P>0 .0 5 )。 (4 ) Dc R3和 Ki- 6 7的表达显著正相关 (P<0 .0 1 )。 结论 (1 ) Dc R3在胃癌组织中具有较高的表达率。 (2 ) Dc R3和 Ki- 6 7的异常表达可促进胃癌的发生发展 ,其蛋白检测可作为判断胃癌分化、浸润、转移、分期的重要参考指标
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of decay receptor 3(DcR3), Ki|67 and the clinicopathological parameters in human gastric carcinoma. Methods The expression of DcR3 and Ki|67 was examined by immunohistochemistry with SP staining method in a series of 98 human primary gastric carcinomas and 56 cases of nomal tissues adjacent to tumor. Multiple clinicopathological factors were analyzed according to their relation with the expression of DcR3 and Ki|67. {Results} (1)The positive rates of expression of DcR3 and Ki|67 were 55 1%(54/98),68 4%(67/98) in human gastric carcinoma respectively. No expression of DcR3 and Ki|67 was detected in the 56 cases nomal tissues adjacent tumor. (2) The expression of DcR3 was significantly positively correlated with different degrees of differentiation,lymph node metastasis and TNM staging(P<0 01), but there was no significant difference in DcR3 and other clinicalpathological features such as sex, age, tumor position and invasion depth(P>0 05). (3) The expression of Ki|67 was strongly associated with tumor differentiation status, infiltration depth(P<0 01) and TNM classification(P<0 05), no correlation was found with sex, age, tumor position and lymph node metastasis(P>0 05). (4)Expression of DcR3 was closely positively correlated with that of Ki|67 in human gastric carcinomas. Conclusion DcR3 expression can be highly found in gastric carcinoma. The abnomal expression of DcR3 and Ki|67 may promote tumorigenesis and progression. DcR3 and Ki|67 may be important in evalualing the tumor differentiation, invasion depth, lymph node metastasis and TNM staging of human gastric carcinoma.
