【Abstract】 Telomerase is a ribonucleoprotein responsible in most eukaryotes for replication of the end of chromosomes. It is composed by RNA template and protein subunits and belongs to the reverse transcriptase family but differs from reverse transcriptase. Its activity could be regulated by the expression of its subunit. The expression of telomerase has close relationship with the proliferation and aging of cell. The structure and function of telomerase suggest its extensive application in the near future.更多还原
