【摘要】 高校政工干部是专门从事学生思想政治工作的一支队伍,在当今的新形势下,科学技术迅速发展,网络信息技术突飞猛进,世界经济一体化进程不断加快,国内社会主义市场经济不断完善,大学生的思想观念也发生了巨大的变化,这就迫切需要加强和改进高校学生思想政治工作。笔者认为,为适应信息时代变化的要求,保证人才的培养质量,高校必须按照中央提出的“提高素质、优化结构、相对稳定”的要求,牢牢把握时代精神,坚持与时俱进的观点,确实加强政工队伍建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ideological and political working staff of colleges specializes in the ideological and political work over students. Since science and technology of the world are progressing rapidly nowadays, the socialist market economy of well on the way and college students’ thoughts are changing greatly, therefore the ideological and political work over them need to be strengthened and improved.
