含氯硼酸酯聚合物制备及摩擦性能研究
Synthesis and Tribological Properties of Chlorine-containing Organic Borates
【摘要】 介绍了含氯、硼等元素成分聚合物的合成方法.利用红外光谱定性分析了其结构;利用四球试验机测定含氯硼酸酯作为润滑剂的摩擦学性能;采用扫描电镜分析磨损表面形貌、EDAX能谱仪分析摩擦表面的组成.四球试验结果表明,含疏水基团链长长的硼酸酯的最大无卡咬负荷比疏水基团链长短的硼酸酯的高,1.0%水溶液的PB值为715N;而且减摩抗磨效果好,承载能力高,磨斑直径(D30196)为0.458mm.EDAX能谱仪分析表明,该产物的抗磨性能与摩擦表面中存在硼、氯活性元素有关.
【Abstract】 The synthesis of organic compounds contained Cl, B is reported. Their structures was analyzed by infrared spectrum instrument. The tribological properties of these compounds were evaluated using a four-ball machines, EDAX electron spectroscopy was used to examine the rubbed surface. It was found that the friction and properties of the borates are significantly influenced by the molecular chain length; the longer the chain length, the lower the friction coefficient and wear, and the high the failure load. The increasing load-carrying of phosphate is 715 N, and the wear scar diameter on four-ball test is 0.458 mm .EDAX Spectroscopy analyses shown that anti-wear properties of this additive were related to Cl, B active elements existed on rubbing surface.
