【Abstract】 A method for extraction PHB from S. natans FQ40 by using sodium hypochlorite-chloroform was studied. The factors, including concentration of sodium hypochlorite, reaction time, temperature and SDS were optimized. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were the cells being treated with 5% sodium hypochlorite and 10% SDS at 35℃ for 5 min. At this conditions, the extraction rate could reach 56%, and the purity of PHB was coincident with the standard PHB.更多还原
