【Abstract】 Instructive idea, basic and target of designing production line of 7200t/a spherical expanded perlite with closed pore in Chifeng were summmarized.Technology flowchart of this production line was also presented. On the basic of pilot production line,improved designing plan was advanced:Preheated raw was conveyed by bucket elevator, Electrical-heating mothed was used on preheating furnace,Every heating area in expanded furnace was divided into independent structures,Traditional refractory, thermal insulation material were replaced by new light refractory,Three level dry precipitation was used in precipitation system etc.更多还原
