Kevlar短纤维对摩擦材料性能的影响效应
Effect of Short Kevlar Fiber on Performances of Friction Materials
【摘要】 研制了以少量Kevlar纤维增强的摩擦制动材料 ,采用高速搅拌以及依电性顺序加料混合的方法 ,重点解决了Kevlar纤维的分散混料问题 ,并系统分析了Kevlar短纤维的分散、含量、长径比、取向等对摩擦材料性能的影响效应。
【Abstract】 In this article the authors have developed the frictional brake materials reinforced by vermiculite and small volume of Kevlar fiber, mainly solved the dispersing and mixing problem of the Kevlar fiber by method of high speed mixing and feeding with mixing in electric orders, systematically analyzed the effect of short Kevlar fiber dispersing, content, slenderness ratio and orientation on performance of friction materials.
