均匀设计法在新型摩阻材料研制中的应用
Application of Uniformization-design Method in Development of New-type Friction Materials
【摘要】 在约束条件下 ,统筹兼顾新型摩阻材料中各材质要素 ,用均匀设计法进行配方优化设计 ,可减少试验次数 ,体现出均匀试验设计在处理多因素问题上的优越性 ;从试验效果上来看 ,产品达到GB5 763 98的性能要求
【Abstract】 Under the restricted conditions,making overall plans and taking all stuff factors into consideration in the new type friction materials,designing the optimal formula by the Uniform Design Method,testing times are greatly decreased,the superiority of this method is embodied in solving the problem of multi factors.In the case of testing effect,the properties of the small samples reach the requirements according to GB5763 98.
