【摘要】 对磷石膏复盐法制备硫酸钾工艺进行了研究和改进。针对工艺过程中的第二步复分解反应 ,研究确定了甲醇为适宜的添加溶剂 ;考察了反应温度等单因素对氧化钾收率的影响 ,通过正交实验确定了反应的工艺条件 ,氧化钾收率达到 90 %以上 ;甲醇易于回收循环使用 ,生产过程简单清洁更多还原

【Abstract】 The process of synthesis potassium sulfate by phosphogypsum double salt method was studied and improved. The second step of double decomposition was investigated by determining methyl alcohol as additive solvent. The influence of mono-factor such as temperature of reaction on the yield of potassium oxide was also investigated. The process condition of reaction was determined by means of orthogonal experiment. It shows that the yield of potassium oxide can amount to 90%, methyl alcohol can be recycled, and industrial process is simple and clean.更多还原
