车田红辉沸石制备干燥剂的实验研究
Experimental Research on Preparation of Drying Agent from Stellerite Produced in Chetian District,Guangxi Province
【摘要】 以高纯广西资源车田红辉沸石为主要原料试制干燥剂。工艺过程为 :粉碎→筛分→混合粘结→固化 ,以测试吸附水来检验效果。吸附实验采用饱和滴定法 ,测得粒状红辉沸石干燥剂的饱和吸水率可达 74 5 5 % ;盐酸改性处理后的红辉沸石原矿的饱和吸水率可达5 8 1%。粒状、条状改性红辉沸石与相同条件下同粒度硅胶对比的结果表明 ,红辉沸石干燥剂饱和吸水率均高于硅胶。
【Abstract】 The highly pure mineral stellerite mined in Chetian of Ziyuan Country, Guangxi has been used to make desiccants in our lab.The manufacturing process is:grinding,sieving,mixing and cementing of grains at different sizes,and solidifying.The saturation titration method has been employed to test the final products for their moisture absorption capacities.The testing results show that the moisture absorption capacity of granular stellerite desiccant(80+3000mesh/20~40mesh)is as high as 74.55%,of treated with hydrochloric acid as 58.1%.All the three products of desiccants have greater absorption capacities than granular silicon gels tested under the same conditions.
