【摘要】 在海外形成和逐渐壮大的华人人才群体,不仅是我国社会经济发展潜在的重要的海外人才资源,也是发达国家争相猎取的主要对象。在我国加入WTO之后,福建省经济发展的人才瓶颈日显突出。福建省拥有十分丰富的海外华人人才资源,但这一资源目前尚未充分开发利用。本文就此进行了探讨并提出了对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Emerging and gradually ballooning overseas Chinese intellectual group are not only important potential intellectual resources for our social and economic devel-opment ,but also the objects developed countries contend for.After our accession to the WTO,intellectual resources bottleneck gradually stands out in Fujians economic devel-opment.Although Fujian possesses rich overseas Chinese intellectual resources,they have not yet been fully exploited.The writer makes some exploration in this aspect and propose countermeasures.更多还原
