【摘要】 本文研究了产自台湾海峡的野生牙鲆亲鱼的驯养、促熟和产卵。结果表明 ,活的鲻鱼苗可用于牙鲆的诱食 ;当水温达到 1 6 .2～ 1 9.5 ℃时 ,牙鲆可自然产卵 ,产卵盛期为 3月中旬至 4月上旬 ,4月份受精率高达 86 %。在驯养过程中亲鱼未发生死亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the domestication, induced mature and spawning of the wild Japanese flounder,Paralichthys olivaceus,captured from Taiwan Strait.The result shows that the live young Mugil cephalus could be used as bait for Japanese flounder. When water temperature was at 16.2～19.5℃, Japanese flounder spawned naturally and the prosperous spawning phase occurred during the middle of March to the first ten days of April. The fertilizing rate of Japanese flounder egg was highest in April. No any dead individual of parent Japanese flounder was found during breeding.更多还原
