【Abstract】 A multil evel fuzzy-grey coupling model was introduced, which was established by combining analytic hierarchy processes with the grey relational analysis method. This is due to the objective random and uncertainty existed in opting for a process alternative for wastewater treatment plant with numerous levels and indexes.
