【Abstract】 s: It is necessary to establish community LAN, which can perform a series of functions such as network service, network guarding, network investigation, network public relationshipand network monitoring which help to effectively solve many difficult problems in community policing affairs. At the same time, it is also feasible to build the LAN according to the social basis, technical basis, theoretical basis and the helpful experiments from some police substation websites.
