【摘要】 本文采用文献法、调查法、访谈法、观察法对福州市部分居民社区"健身路径"的使用情况进行调查与分析,以期为改进和完善我市社区"健身路径"的设置,充分发挥其特有的作用提供理论和实践的依据。研究表明:"健身路径"改善了居民强身健体的条件,丰富了广大居民的健身内容,但"健身路径"的设计、布局、管理有待完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper makes an investigation and analysis the using status of "Bodybuidling Road" in part of Fuzhou community by means of documents,investigation, visiting and observation, in order to improve and perfect the set of "Bodybuilding Road" in Fuzhou community, fully playing its specific role and providing the theoretical and practical basis. The research shows that"Bodybuilding Road" improves the condition of strengthening the residems’health, and enriches the healthy activities, but the design, setting-up and management of"Bodybuilding Road" has still to be improved.更多还原
