实时电网运行状态可靠性评估方案的研究
Research on a Real-Time Evaluation Project for Reliability of Operating Condition of Electric Power Network
【摘要】 对现有电网可靠性评估方法进行比较,从运行可靠性的角度,提出了实时电网运行状态可靠性评估的实用方案,对评估的流程和数学模型做了较详细的分析。
【Abstract】 This paper compares the reliability evaluation methods of the electric power network in existence,from the operating reliability point of view,advances a applied real-time reliability evaluation project for the operating condition of electric power network,then analyzes the process and mathematic model of the reliability evaluation in detail.
