【摘要】 目的 :测定整肠舒颗粒中秦皮甲素的含量。方法 :采用TLC法对样品中的秦皮甲素进行定性鉴别 ,用HPLC法测定样品中秦皮甲素的含量。色谱柱为十八烷基键合硅胶柱 ,流动相为甲醇 -水 -磷酸 (2 4∶76∶0 1 ) ,检测波长为 335nm ,流速为 1 0ml/min。结果 :整肠舒颗粒中秦皮甲素浓度在 2 0～ 1 0 0 μg/ml范围内线性良好 ,r =0 9996 ,平均回收率 98 87% (RSD =1 92 % ,n =6)。结论 :本方法操作简便、快速、准确 ,可用于整肠舒颗粒中秦皮甲素含量的测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a method for determing the contents of esculin in Zhengchangshu granula.Method:The esculin is qualitatived by TLC. The Concentration of esculin is determined by HPLC with Symmetry C 18 Columm(3.5μm,4.6×75mm).The mobile phase is methanol-water-phosphoric acid(24∶76∶0.1)at a flow rate of 1 mL·min -1 .The detection wavelength is 335 nm. Result:The esculin is determined ,the standard curve is linear within the range of (20～100)μg·mL -1 ,r=0.9996. The averager recovery is 98.87%(RSD=1.92%,n=6).Conclusion:The mathod of Quantitative Determination is simple,quick and accurate,so it can be used as determination of the contents of esculin in Zhengchangshu granula.更多还原
