天然气再燃低NO_x技术及其工业试验的系统设计

【摘要】 介绍了天然气再燃低NOx技术基本原理,并且针对四川江油电厂6#炉进行的国内首次"天然气再燃低NOx技术"工业试验的现场条件,依据冷态试验及FLUENT软件的模拟结果,对工业试验方案进行了优化与完善。工业试验的初步结果表明:在燃用劣质煤的切圆煤粉炉上采用前后墙布置天然气喷口及前后墙布置OFA喷口的天然气再燃低NOx技术方案是可行的,NOx排放量至少可减少40%。

【Abstract】 A brief introduction on an initial testing result of Natural Gas Reburning Low-NOx Technology is reported. The test is carried out at Jiangyou Power Plant unit 6# Located in Sichuan Province, China. It is the first time in China that the Natural Gas Reburning Technology is tested in a practice boiler. According to the actual conditions of unit 6#, inspiring from the results of cold model simulation and FLUENT simulating calculation, a fully new designing method of natural gas reburning technology for tangentially coal-fired boilers is developed. Natural gas and OFA, which are usually tangentially injected in other cases, are both injected into the furnace from the front and rear walls. After the retrofit of unit 6#, an initial testing for natural gas reburning system is carried out to joyfully prove that the retrofit is successful, the reburning system would not take negative impacts to furnace performance and NOx reduction is above 40% from the baseline load.
