【摘要】 以二氟[2.2]对环番为原料,通过真空化学气相沉积合成了一种高分子聚合物薄膜,并对该高分子薄膜材料的一些性能进行了探讨.

【Abstract】 By the chemical vapor deposition of difluoro-[2.2]paracyclophane,a new parylene thin film was synthesized. The properties of the polymer thin film is discussed also.
