杀真菌剂甲基托布津对菌根营养植物生长繁殖的影响

【摘要】 甲基托布津是一种广泛应用的杀真菌剂 .开展甲基托布津对植物生长繁殖的影响研究是评价农药的安全性和生态系统稳定性的重要依据 .实验以未施用甲基托布津为对照 ,研究在甲基托布津的有效施用剂量每15d为 1g·m-2 的条件下 ,通过测定不同密度条件下野艾蒿的总生物量、种子生物量、叶生物量、茎生物量、根系生物量、新生分蘖数、株高、菌根侵染率等数据 ,采用SPSS统计软件对其进行方差分析 ,结果表明甲基托布津对野艾蒿部分生长指标影响显著 ;而对所有繁殖指标 ,包括有性生殖和无性生殖 ,均没有显著性影响 ,分析其主要原因是由于甲基托布津对野艾蒿的菌根侵染率没有显著性影响所致 .实验结果表明甲基托布津施用于农田生态系统中是安全可靠的 .

【Abstract】 Thiophanate-methyl is a widely used fungicide, whose possible indirect effects on plants are an important concern. In order to examine its safety in the ecosystems, this study used thiophanate-methyl to treat Artemisia lavandulaefolia , a widely distributed mycotrophic plant in China.Populations of seven different densities of A. lavandulaefolia, 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 seedlings·m-2were established in field plots with six replicates. No fungicide or 1 g·m-2of thiophanate-methyl was applied to each density treatment at 15-day intervals.Results showed that some of the growth parameters were significant difference, but all the reproductive parameters were no significant difference between treated and control plants. The possible reason was that fungicide applications had no significant effects on mycorrhizal colonization of A.lavandulaefolia. Therefore,thiophanate-methyl has no harmful impact on wild plants in agricultural ecosystems.
