新型道路稳定层胶结料试验研究
Experimental Research on a New Kind of Cementitious Material for Stabilized-bed of Road
【摘要】 将磷渣和炉渣掺入水泥熟料中并添加一定掺量的核心元素配制新型道路稳定层胶结料。研究结果表明,在本试验条件下,当各组分比例适当时,通过核心元素的有效作用,在熟料掺量35%时可以配制出高效道路稳定层胶结料,其初凝时间较长,28d抗折和抗压强度分别可达7.1MPa和38.8MPa,同时降低了工程成本。
【Abstract】 The paper indicates that the preparation of a new kind of consolidator can be achieved by comparing tests, when phosphate slag and slag were mixed to the clinker in terms of a special ratio, which shows good properties of longer initial setting time and 7.1MPa, 38.8MPa for 28d flexural and compression strength respectively, and reduces cost for engineering as well.
