【摘要】 目的　探讨胆总管下端十二指肠瘘的早期诊断、治疗与预防方法。方法　回顾性分析我院 7例胆总管下端十二指肠瘘的诊治经验。结果　 7例中 ,5例治愈 ,2例死亡。死亡原因为严重感染并发MODS不能逆转。结论　行胆总管下端探查操作应谨慎 ,避免发生医源性损伤。胆总管下端十二指肠损伤后的早期诊断尤为重要。诊断确立后应尽早手术 ,手术以引流为主更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the suitable management and early preventive methods for distal choledo duodenum fistulas.Methods The causes,diagnosis and treatment of 7 cases of distal choledo duodenum fistulas were analyzed. Among 7 cases,5 cases were cured,and the remaining 2 cases died from severe infections and irreversible MODS.Conclusion The distal bile duct exploration should be careful to avoid the iatrogenic injury.An early operation is needed once the diagnosis of distal choledo duodenum fistulas is confirmed.Drainage operation is common.更多还原
