偏心蝶阀水力特性的数值模拟与分析
Numerical simulation and analysis for hydraulic characteristics of eccentric butterfly valves
【摘要】 运用计算流体力学 (CFD)方法对一种偏心蝶阀的水力特性进行数值模拟计算 ,获得了流道内详细的三维流场参数分布以及蝶阀的压降、流量与水动力矩的水力特性曲线。从计算出的三维流场可以清楚地掌握影响阀门工作的重要因素 ,如各种开度下阀后的流动分离状态 ,以及蝶板上压力低于汽化点从而易发生气蚀的部位等 ,而水力特性曲线则可直接提供设计参数
【Abstract】 The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method is employed to simulate numerically the hydraulic characteristics of an eccentric butterfly valve.It provides the detailed distributions of the 3-D field parameters in the flow passage,and the hydraulic characteristic curves for the pressure drop,flow rate and hydraulic torque of the valve.It can been seen clearly from the calculated 3-D flow field the important factors effecting the valves,such as the flow separation behind the valve and the area with a pressure lower than the vapor pressure having the tendency of cavitation,etc.,while the hydraulic characteristic curves can provide design parameters.This paper shows that CFD method can be employed as an effective means for valve design.
