【摘要】 【目的】　建立上海市 0～ 18岁体质指数 (bodymassindex ,BMI)百分位及超重肥胖界值点。 　【方法】　①采用分层整群随机抽样方法 ,收集上海市区 0～ 19岁儿童 9610 4人 (男 48790 ,女 473 14 )的性别、出生年月及1999～ 2 0 0 2年身高和体重测量资料 ;②应用偏度 中位数 变异系数法 (λ median coefficientofvariationmethod ,LMS法 )建立上海市 0～ 18岁儿童BMI百分位 ;③根据国际肥胖工作小组 (IOTF)和中国肥胖问题工作组 (WGOC)建议 ,建立在 18岁时通过 2 5和 3 0及 2 4和 2 8kg/m2 的百分位曲线 ,分别作为 2～ 18岁各年龄段超重和肥胖界值点标准。　【结果】　应用LMS方法获得了 0～ 18岁男女童体质指数百分位曲线 ,它随年龄有大幅度的变化。出生时男女BMI中位数分别为 13 .7和 13 .4kg/m2 ,以后迅速上升 ,至 6个月时出现一个高峰 ,之后持续下降 ,男童在 5 .5岁为 15 .7kg/m2 ,女童在 6岁为 15 .4kg/m2 ,之后重新上升 ,至 18岁时分别达 2 1.3和 2 0 .2kg/m2 。 18岁时通过 2 5及 3 0kg/m2的百分位曲线男为P82 .0 和P96.5,女为P93 .0 和P99.2 ;通过 2 4及 2 8kg/m2 的百分位曲线男为P75.5和P93 .3 ,女为P89.1和P98.2 。这些特殊的百分位曲线分别提供了 2～ 18岁不同年龄及性别超重和肥胖的界值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To construct centile curves of body mass index (BMI) and cut off points for overweight and obesity for Shanghai children. ①Collect data of birthday, height and weight were measured during 1999 to 2002 of 96 104 cases (48 790 boys and 47 314 girls).② The BMI centile curves for Shanghai children aged 0～18 were constructed by λ -median-coefficient of variation method (LMS). ③Based on recommendations of IOTF and WGOC, the centile curves passing through 25 and 30, 24 and 28 kg/m 2 at age 18 were set up as overweight and obesity cut off points for Shanghai children. The age and sex specific BMI centile curves of Shanghai children had been constructed. The BMI in childhood changed substantially with age. The median at birth was 13.7 and 13.4 kg/m 2 for boys and girls respectively, then increase to 18.3 and 17.8 kg/m 2 at age 6 months. After that they continuously decreased to 15.7 kg/m 2 at age 5.5 yr for boys, and 15.4 kg/m 2 at 6 yr for girls, then increased to 21.4 and 20.1 kg/m 2 at age 18 yr. The centile curve passing through 25 and 30 kg/m 2 at age 18 was P 82.0 and P 96.5 for boys, P 93.0and P 99.2 for girls. While that passing through 24 and 28 kg/m 2 at age 18 was P 75.5 and P 93.3 for boys, and P 89.1 and P 98.2 for girls. [Conclusion] Based on recommendations of IOTF and WGOC, the BMI cut off points for overweight and obesity for Shanghai children aged 2～18 have been constructed firstly in China.更多还原
