【摘要】 近两年我国加快了政府采购制度的建立和完善。2002年颁布了《中华人民共和国政府采购法》,并于2003年在全国实施,这大大规范了我国政府采购活动。但从目前全国政府采购情况看,仍有许多不规范的地方,政府采购制度也须进一步完善。本文主要分析我国政府采购制度和采购行为不够完善和规范的具体情况,并提出进一步完善和规范的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With establishing and perfecting the system of government procurement of our country in recent two years,the behavior of government procurment in China is standardized greatly.But some behaviors are not standardized enough nowadays.So the system needs to be further perfected.This article mainly analyzes some faulty cases in the system of government procurement and its behavior and then puts forward some suggestions for further perfecting and standardizing them.更多还原
