【摘要】 目的:评价阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:小儿支原体肺炎90例随机分为治疗组60例,对照组30例,治疗组给予阿奇霉素10mg/(kg·d)静脉滴注,1次/d,连用5d,停2d后改阿奇霉素口服10mg/(kg·d),1次/d,连用3d,共10d为一疗程。对照组给予红霉素20~30mg/(kg·d),静脉滴注,1次/d,连用10d为一疗程。结果:治疗组和对照组显效率分别为85.0%、63.3%,总有效率均为100%,两组显效率差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为13.3%和60.0%,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效好,起效快,不良反应发生率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effectiveness and safety rate of azithromycin in the treatment of children’s mycoplasmal pneumonia in the way of sequential therapy. Methods: 90 patients with mycoplasmal pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. The treatment group were given each a daily dose of 10 mg/(kg·d) of azithromycin administered by IV instillation for 5 days. After 2 days of no azithromycin, a daily dose of 10mg/kg by PO for 3 days. Patients of the control group were given each a daily dose of 20 ~ 30 mg/kg of erythromycin administered by IV instillation. The course of treatment in both groups lasted 10 days. Results: The rates of excellent therapeutic of effectiveness were 85.0% and 63.3% in patients of the treatment group and control group. The rates of total effectiveness were both 100%. Te difference of excellent therapeutic of effectiveness was remarkable. The rates of adverse reactions are 13.3% of treatment group and 60.0% of control group. The difference was remarkable (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Azithromycin in the way of sequential therapy was shown to have the advantages of quick action, high curative effect and low incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment of children’s mycoplasmal pneumonia as compared with erythromycin.更多还原
