【摘要】 目的:测定肝力保口服液中芍药苷含量。方法:样品以甲醇直接提取,采用反相高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定;流动相:甲醇鄄水(23∶77);色谱柱:μBondapakC18;检测波长:230nm;流速:0.8ml/min。结果:空白试验阴性无干扰,精密度试验RSD为0.89%;加样回收率(94.32±4.38)%,加样回收率精密度RSD为1.95;线性范围12.5~400μg/ml。结论:本方法特异性高、精密、准确,可用于肝力保口服液的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The content of paeoniflorin in Ganlibao oral liquid was determined by HPLC. Methods: Paeoniflorin was extracted with methanol. The HPLC system consisted of ∶77) mixture, with detection at 230 nm, flow rate 0.8 ml/min. Results: We did not find any interference peak from the blank test. The precision (RSD) was 0.89%. The mean recover of (94.32±4.38)% for paeoniflorin was obtained. The linear range was 12.5 ~ 400 靏/ml. Conclusions: This method is specific, accurate and reproducible.更多还原
