【摘要】 目的:观察施地瑞玛鼻腔喷雾器鼻腔护理对鼻炎患者的影响。方法:16名6~12岁儿童给予施地瑞玛鼻腔护理,观察两周。对开始时、护理一周后、护理两周后的鼻症状评分和VAS进行评分。结果:使用施地瑞玛鼻腔喷雾器鼻腔护理后鼻症状评分和VAS评分降低。结论:施地瑞玛鼻腔喷雾器鼻腔护理可改善鼻炎患者的症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects of Sterimar physiological sea water nasal spray in nursing childhood patients with rhinitis. Methods: 16 cases of 6 ~ 12 years old children with rhinitis were involved in the study and all of them were given Sterimar physiological sea water nasal spray nursing for two weeks. Nasal symptom scores and visual analog scores (VAS) were recorded before and after the nursing. Results: After two weeks of nursing, nasal symptom scores and visual analog scores (VAS) were both improved from 14.0 to 6.0, and 22.1±8.85 to 10.4±8.53, whichshowed significant difference ( χ2=7.48 and 11.2378). Conclusion: Nursing with Sterimar physiological sea water nasal spray could be benefit to improve nasal symptoms of rhinitis children.更多还原
