【Abstract】 Putin’s reelection as president marks the entry of Russian economy society into a new stage of development. This will be a period of transition from stable to fairly rapid economic growth. The year on year GDP growth will shift from a 5～6% range to a 6～8% range. For this purpose,Russia will improve social market economic system along the set road of reforms. It will readjust its mixed structure of property rights and continue to reinforce corporate governance. It will stabilize the good financial and monetary situation and intensify macro-control functions. It will speed up post-industrialization development and lay the foundation for doubling the GDP growth. It will make an overall plan for economic and social development and improve People’s living standards.
