【Abstract】 In this paper, based on the characteristics of NAND Flash memory, a kind of file system which is suitable for embedded system is presented. This file system provides the users with uniform standard API for file operation and can be ported to most of Flash memory easily. Additionally,the reliability of the file system is greatly improved by using the distributed FAT storage in the Flash memory.更多还原
