【摘要】 应用电镜对两例Chediak Higashi综合征患儿的骨髓细胞进行了观察。观察结果表明其典型异常改变为胞浆内含有许多大小不等电子致密颗粒,多较正常者大,其直径可达正常者的10倍以上。偶见吞噬体,胞浆内细胞器变性及大的泡状结构,内含絮状物。电镜的检查对该病的确诊有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bone marrow aspiration of 2 Chediak-Higashi syndrome patients were observed under electron microscope. The results showed that there were several electron dense granules in the cytoplasm. The granules usually were bigger than normal lysosome, even 10 times bigger than normal ones. The phagosome, degenerated organelles and big vacuoles-shape with flocculent material were also observed in the cytoplasm of bone marrow cells. Ultrastructural observation is very important in diagnosis of Chediak-Higashi syndrome.更多还原
