【Abstract】 Orthogonal moments have been successfully used in the field of pattern recognition and image analysis.However,due to its complexity,the problem of fast computation of orthogonal moments has not been well solved.In this paper,on the basis of representing images with blocks,we present two algorithms,cumulative method and integral method,for fast and effective computation of the two-dimensional Legendre moments.The numerical results show that the new algorithms can decrease the computational complexity and computation time significantly.更多还原
